摘要
介绍了对小孔径内圆表面进行磁性研磨加工的原理,对淬硬了的工件小孔径内圆表面进行磁性研磨的加工试验,得出了不同的磁感应强度、不同加工间隙以及不同研磨时间对加工表面粗糙度和研磨量的影响;从而得出了优化的小孔径内圆表面磁性研磨的加工参数。对实施实际的小孔径内圆表面磁性研磨的加工有一定的指导和借鉴作用。
The principle of magnetic abrasive machining for inner surface of the smaller hole was introduced. By the experiment of magnetic abrasive machining on the quenched steel inner surface of the smaller hole, the result shows that the abrasive magnitude and the roughness of the machined part vary with the duration of grinding, magnetic induction strength and machining clearance. According to the testing data, the workable optimum parameters of magnetic abrasive machining for inner surface of the smaller hole were summarized, which can be used as a tentative reference in real practice.
