摘要 叙述了开发深海环境模拟系统的重要性和紧迫性,提出了一个完整的地面模拟深海环境微生物培养设备的设计方案,探讨了高压密封、负压密封、污染控制、安全保护、防腐蚀、取样观察等关键技术的解决方法。 The importance and urgency of developing deep - water surroundings simulation system was described. A completely designing plan was put forward, which provides the equipments of cultivating microbes on land, and the solutions to some key technologies were discussed, such as high -pressure sealing, security system, erosion -resistant, sampling observing and so on.
