摘要
介绍了齿轮泵试验台测试系统的原理以及液压和电气控制部分的硬件组成,运用一阶差分法对采集数据进行剔除奇异项处理,保证了测试数据的准确和真实。按照行业标准的要求计算出被试齿轮泵的容积效率、总效率、机械功率,并生成EXCEL格式报表。测试系统经过实际运行,验证了其准确性和可靠性,取得了良好的应用效果。
The principle of the testing system of gear pump test - bed and the composing of hydraulic and electric systems were introduced. For this system, the using of difference method to deal with bizarre samples guarantees exact and actual testing data, and it calculates cubage efficiency, general efficiency, mechanic power and brings reports with EXCEL format. The running of the system validates its veracity and reliability.
