摘要
对叶片类零件的测量造型方法进行了深入研究。重点解决了叶片测量造型中叶盆、叶背、缘头截面线的构造和拼接问题,并针对散乱数据点提出了一种采用三次贝齐尔曲线拟合椭圆弧构造缘头的新方法。结果表明,采用本文的方法可以消除叶片造型中缘头处的扭曲变形问题,提高了叶片测量造型的质量。
The blade measurement modeling was discussed. According to the theory of the 3D radius compensation, a detailed discussion on the blade measurement modeling, including creating and joining the section curves of the suction side, the pressure side, and both the leading and trailing edge was given out. A new method was presented to build both the leading and trailing edge by using the elliptical arc which is fitted by the Cubic Bézier through the measurement data. The new method was applied to the measurement modeling of the blower fan's blade, the distortions close - by the leading and trailing edges was greatly eliminated, the quality of the blade measurement modeling was improved.
