摘要
指出齿轮设计标准与传动公差标准的不统一,增加了齿向误差检测的难度;提出采用通用仪器检测齿向误差的方法和步骤,并进行了检测精度分析,为中小企业小模数齿轮加工的检测提供了切实可行的理论依据。
The design standard and the transmission tolerance standard of the gear are not the same one, so it adds up the difficulty to test the gear difference. The measures and steps to test gear tolerance with common instruments were presented and the test precision was analyzed. It provides practical theory for testing gear manufacturing in middle and minor industries.
