摘要
对数控小孔冲床加工纺织烘干设备中帘子网眼平板产生波浪纹的原因进行了全面、详细的理论分析。在排除机床、模具精度影响的基础上,针对压料机构运动误差产生的机理和不利影响,详细分析了网眼冲孔加工产生波浪纹的根本原因,提出了相应的改进措施,解决了压料机构的故障问题,使网板冲孔质量达到了要求。
The theoretical analysis was made on the causes of raised grain defect during the fabrication of lattice mesh plate in the numerical control small punch spinning drying equipment. On the basis of eliminating the influence of machine tool and mould precision, corresponding improvement measures were put forward, and the defect problem was solved by analyzing the mechanism and disadvantageous influences caused by the movement errors of material - press machines, and the prime causes of raised grain defect during the fabrication of the numerical control small punch.
