摘要
企业的核心竞争力是支撑企业在一定环境下持久生存与发展的力量,这种力量来自于企业持续拥有的、稀缺的、独特的资源和支撑企业获得可持续性竞争优势的能力。我国加入世界贸易组织之后几年来的实践表明,在异常激烈和残酷的竞争面前,我国商业企业只有建立了自己的核心竞争力,才能应对国外商业企业的竞争;如果不及早建立,就不能与国际市场对接,势必被淘汰。
The core competitiveness is a force to sustain the lasting existence and development of a business, This force originates from the rare and unique resources possessed by a business as well as the capability to obtain the sustainable competitive advantage. After China's entry into WTO it is proved that in the face of fierce and crotal competition, only by establishing its own core competitiveness can a business compete with foreign businesses. If not, a business cannot enter into the international market, lagging behind inevitably.
