摘要 目的提高电化学法制备酸性氧化电位水的电流效率并降低能耗。方法从反应器设计,包括材料和构造两方面对电解制备技术进行优化。结果钛基涂钌铱(高铱含量)DSA阳极电解效率最高,网状与板状电极电解效果持平。合适比例的碱性水回流可显著提高电解效率。阴离子隔膜电解槽电解效果较好于阳离子隔膜。较为理想的极板间距是5-10mm,比电极面积是0.2-0.25。结论通过优化电解工艺可显著提高电流效率并降低能耗,进一步结合电解过程操作参数进行优化筛选,可以达到更好的效果。 Objective To improve the current efficiency and decreases of the energy, consumption of electrolysis.Methods Characteristics of material and structure were taken into consideration to optimize the electro- chemical process. Results High - iridium - contented DSA performed the best, right circumfluence of alkaline water significantly enhanced the electrolytic efficjency. The dectrolytie chamber with cathodes membrane showed better electrolytic efficiency than that with anodie membrane. Conclusion Highcr current efficiancy and lower energy consumption can be achieved through the optimization of reactor design and operation psrameters.
