摘要
学习型组织理论倡导一种基于人的学习与创新行为的组织发展策略,重视人的发展与组织发展的融合,带动了组织发展范式的改变,因为它客观适应了学习化社会的要求,代表了当前组织理论的最新思想。学校要完成自身的使命,学习型组织的定位成为其改革与发展的一个全新视角。在分析学习型组织的背景、内涵的基础上论述了学校建设学习型组织的必要性和基本策略。
The theory of learning-typed organization advocates the ctics of organization development on the basis of people's behaviour of learning and creation, thinks highly of the mixing of the development of people and the development of organizations,bringing along the charges of mode of the development of organizations, because it fits the requirement of a learning-typed society, representing the newest ideas of the theory of organization at the present. In order for a school to fufil its mission, the defining of the roles of learning-typed organizations has become a completely new point of view. This paper, on the basis of analysing the background and connotation of learning-typed organization ,discusses the necessity and basic tactics of constrncting learning-typed organizations.
