子宫穿孔27例临床分析

Prevention of Perforation of Uterus

目的提高子宫穿孔的防治水平。方法回顾性总结1994～2004年我院妇产科收治的27例子宫穿孔的临床资料。结果子宫穿孔是宫腔手术的常见并发症，其发生率及后果与术者的经验、操作技术是否规范，及子宫穿孔发生后能否及时发现、恰当处理有关。结论重视病史及详细的术前检查、规范操作技术，是防范子宫穿孔的关键；及时发现、恰当处理子宫穿孔，预后良好。

Objective To improve the prevention level of perforation of uterus. Methods The clinical materials of 27 cases of such disease were summarized retrospectively from 1994 - 2004 in our hospital. Results The perforation of uterus was a comtnon complication of operation on uterus and its incidence and prognosis were depended on the operator＇ s experience, technique and whether when the perforation happened could be founded and properly handled. Conclusion The reconstruction of history, detail detection before operation and standard operation might be the key point to prevent it occurs and to find in time and proper treatment could make the better prognosis.
