论壮族的民族精神——以民族法文化为视角的考察

A Study on the National Spirit of the Zhuang People——From the Perspective of the Legal Culture of the Nation

从民族法文化的角度审视壮族的民族精神,壮族的法律精神作为其民族精神的次生系统,可以概括为:集中体现于壮族《麽经.布洛陀》中的和谐精神,反映在壮族伦理道德《传扬歌》中的正义精神,壮族民间故事中蕴含的善良精神。三种精神相辅相成,密不可分,共同构成壮族社会的法律价值观念和行为准则。

From the perspective of the nation＇s legal culture, this paper explores the national spirit of the Zhuang people, whose legal spirit may be regarded as the subsidiary system of its national spirit. Its legal spirit consists of three parts：firstly, the harmonious spirit which is mainly reflected in the sutra Buhotuo; secondly, the justice spirit which is reflected in Chuanyang Ge, the poem showing the moral value of the Zhuang people; and thirdly, the kindhearted spirit which is reflected in the folk stories. These three parts of legal spirit are closely connected to form the legal value and behavior criteria of the Zhuang People.
