B超引导下经皮穿刺注射红霉素溶液治疗肾囊肿（附43例报告）

目的总结穿刺注射红霉素溶液治疗肾囊肿的疗效。，方法回顾分析43例肾囊肿患者行B超引导下经皮穿刺肾囊肿，囊内注射红霉素溶液治疗肾囊肿的临床资料。结果43例随访1个月，治愈率85％（37／43），显效率11％（5／43），总有效率96％。3个月回访35例，复发1例，复发率2．86％（1／35），6个月回访32例，复发1例，复发率3．13％（1／32），1—3年回访26倒，复发1例，复发率3．85％（1／26）。12例治疗中感轻度腰痛腰胀，5例伴不同程度发热，经对症处理后症状消失。未出现腰部剧烈疼痛、头痛、头晕、面红等并发症。结论B超引导下经皮穿刺肾囊肿，囊内注射红霉素溶液治疗肾囊肿，安全有效，简单易行，患者易于接受。

Objective To Summarize the effect of percutaneous cyst injection of erythromycin to renal cyst.Methods Retrospective analysis was made on 43 cases of ranal cyst treated by percutaneous cyst injection of erythromycin under guidance of ultrasound B. Results Followed up 43 cases for a month. The curative rate and markedly improving rate were 85% （37/43） and 11% （5/43） respectively, the totle effective rate was 96%. The reoccurence rate of the 35 cases followed up for 3 months,32 cases followed up for 6 months and 26 cases followed up for 1 to 3 years were 2.86 % （ 1/35） , 3.13 % （1/32） and 3.85 % （ 1/26） respectively. 12 patients complained of lumber discomfort and 5 patients had fever. All of them recovered after treated. No one had sharp lumber pain, headache or dizzying, etc.Conelusion Cystic injection of erythromycin under the guidance of ultrasound B is a safe, effective and feasible method for renal cyst.
