江苏省足球后备人才重点学校现状调查与对策研究

Investigation and Countermeasure Research on Condition of Soccer Talents Cultivation of Key Schools in Jiangsu Province

运用问卷调查、实地调查、专家访谈等研究方法,对江苏省足球后备人才重点学校发展的基本情况及现状作深入了解;从政策学、社会学、训练学等多角度对学校足球人才培养输送、办学条件、办学体制、训练状况、体教结合等问题进行探讨;分析了足球后备人才学校发展中的经验和不足,并提出了相应的对策。

Through using the method of questionnaire investigation anti expert interview, tins paper made deeply analysis on basic eondition of soccer talents cultivation of key schools in Jiangsu province,discussed the talents cultivation and transportation,school condition, system and training condition from the points of policy,sociology and athletic training,pointed out the experience and disadwmtage of key school development, put forwarded the corresponding countermeasures.
