摘要
以新疆15个地、州、市的37个青少年足球训练单位共74支青少年男、女足球队为研究对象,对新疆培养足球后备人才中的训练管理体制、培养模式、队伍人员状况进行调查研究,分析其存在的主要问题,并提出建议。
Taking the 37 junior football training units and 74 young woman and man＇s football teams of 15 areas ,countries and cities in Xinjiang Urgur autonomous region as research subject, this paper makes investigation on training management, cultivation model and team member condition in junior football players cultivation, analyzes the existing main problems and put forwards suggestions.
