摘要
采用模糊理论中的两级模糊模式,进行转杯纺加工预氧化纤维工艺方案的优选.通过各方案的试纺和纱线性能指标的测试,经过模糊优选,确定聚丙烯腈预氧化纤维转杯纺主要工艺参数.为合理选择工艺参数,提高转杯纺预氧化纤维纱的可纺性能和成纱质量提供一种比较有效的方法.
The processing technology of PANOF by rotor spinning is optimized by means of dual - pole fuzzy pattern recognition model of fuzzy optimization theory. The technology parameter of processing rotor spun yarn of PANOF fibre is determined by processing kinds of yarn according to the test of design scheme and performance index of the yarn through fuzzy optimization. It offers an effective way for reasonable choice of technology parameters, thereby increasing the stability and the quantity of yarn.
