An Inquiry into the Teaching Patterns of Two-year Numerical Control Technical Professionals

分析目前数控专业教学沟通存在的问题及其原因,提出数控专业应以就业为导向,采用订单式培养方案,加大办学模式和人才培养模式改革;以培养高技能人才为目标,加强教学基本建设;以双证书为切入点,推进教学改革的培养机制与模式;采取大力加强技能型“双师型”教师队伍建设措施,突出技能型紧缺人才培养的教学特色,积极推行适应技能型紧缺人才培养的教学方法和实训方式,积极塑造适合技能型紧缺人才素质结构的培养,全面实施“双证书”的培养培训制度等培养措施,以达到提高教学质量和培养大批应用型数控人才的目的。

Problems in the teaching of Numerical Control and the reasons are analyzed. To achieve the goal of improving the teaching quality and training practical talents in Numerical Control, it is essential to take reforms in school-running and talent-training. An ＂order form＂ employment-oriented plan is sugges- ted. The basic construction in teaching with the goal of training high technical ability should be en- hanced. Teaching reforms in training mechanism and patterns will be push forward with the system of ＂double-certificate＂ as the cut-in point. Teachers with ＂double-qualification＂ should be encouraged to adapt to the teaching characteristics of training practical talents. Meanwhile, the teaching method and practicing ways in training practical technical talents and measures in taking ＂double-certificate＂ system should be carried out.
