求真务是一个重要的政治理念,但首先是一个哲学理念。它是党的思想路线的继承与发展。“真”与“实”是求真务实的核心,“求”与“务”是求真务实的实践内涵。在实践中,求真就是要做好调查研究,务实就是要做到说老实话、办老实事、做老实人。而求真务实的根本准则就是全心全意为人民服务,摆正同人民群众的关系。

Seeking truth and dealing with concrete matters is an important politics idea, but is a philosophic idea at first. It is the inheriting and development. Truth and concrete matters is its core, and seeking and dealing with is its practice meaning. In the practice, seeking truth is doing research and analysis well. Dealing with concrete matters is talking truth, doing truth and be frank man. Its basic rule is servcing the people whole heartedly, cor- recting the relation with the people.
