摘要
全球竞争时代,建立“以人为本”的企业文化对企业发展至关重要。以珠江三角洲地区的企业对待外来员工的恶劣态度为例,该地区经济繁荣背后蕴含着企业文化危机以及与之相连的企业可持续发展危机。学习并创建“以人文本”的企业文化,既是化解企业当下危机的方法,也是增强企业核心竞争力的方法,更是企业界对创建新的中国文化作出的最好贡献。
In the era of global competition, building a type of enterprise culture characterized with human in focus is extremely significant to the development of a company. Evidence from the case of bad attitude taken by some companies in the area of Peat River Delta toward the employees emigrating from other regions reveals that certain enterprise crisis in culture and sustainable development are being implied behind the economic prosperity of this region. Learning and innovating enterprise culture of human in focus are a good method for solving the present crisis of enterprise and for strengthening the kernel power of competition for the enterprises. That is also the best contribution of the Chinese enterprises to building of new Chinese culture.
