Analysis of the Practice and Investigation Implemented in Shanghai's Social Work Institutions

上海社会工作机构已逐渐发展起来,并已形成不同的类型,它与政府和弱势群体之间存在着一定的互动关系。目前,这些机构普遍存在着与行政体制雷同、经费紧张、身份认同差、与社会有关部门关系复杂、对政府政策实施不具体等问题,尚需改进。

Institutions of social work have gradually been shaped in Shanghai, and can be classified into different types, which are in a reciprocal relation with government and vulnerable groups of people. At present, they are facing a lot of problems such as imitation of administration in structural system, insufficient expenditure, poor acceptance of their identities, complicated relation with some social sectors, and ineffective implementation of governmental policies and so on. They need to be improved further.
