跨国公司投资对发展中东道国产业进入壁垒的突破与重建

The Breaking and Reconstruction of MNCs' Investment of Industrial Entry Barriers for Developing Host Countries

跨国公司对发展中东道国产业进入壁垒的影响,从时间上可以分为进入时和进入后两个阶段。本文以发展中东道国为分析对象,利用迪克西特(Dixit)模型,阐述了跨国公司在进入时比较容易突破发展中东道国的产业进入壁垒,且在进入之后,借助跨国公司的“垄断优势”,提高了发展中东道国的产业进入壁垒。这种情况同样发生在改革开放的中国。为避免跨国公司进入我国后高筑产业进入壁垒,需要进一步协调外资政策与产业政策、制定和完善相关法律体系、鼓励国内企业与跨国公司建立合作关系、增强我国竞争主体的实力。

The influences of multinationals on industrial entry barriers of host countries can be divided into two stages： while-entering and after-entering. This paper, taking developing host countries as the analytic target, is an attempt to demonstrate, using the Dixit model, that during the while- entering stage, multinationals are able to easily break through the industrial entry barriers of developing host countries; and during after-entering stage, taking the advantage of trans- corporations＂ ＂ monopoly＂, they raise the industrial entry barriers of the developing host countries. This situation occurs in China which is being reformed. In order to prevent such things from happening, it is proposed in this paper that the policies of foreign capital and industry be further coordinated, that relevant legal system be established and improved, that the cooperation between state-owned enterprises and multinationals be encouraged and that the competitive edge of national enterprises be sharpened.
