摘要
简要介绍了青岛淡水资源紧缺形势，论述了解决“水困扰”的最佳选择；重点阐明海水直接利用的领域极其广阔，建议居民生活的洗涤、冲厕用水尽量“以海代淡”；最后提出了海水利用的关键技术问题和建议。
This paper introduces the present status of shortage of fresh water in Qingdao,Comments on a best policy for alleviating the tension owing to inadequate water resources. At the same time, emphasises on extensive scops to directly use sea water, and proposes the partial flushing water of resident such as toilet flushing air-conditioning cooling etc with sea water in stead of fresh water. At last, some key problems associated with seawater usage and suggestions are put forward.
