摘要
依据两次教学调查数据反映的问题,对教师绩效管理制度实践可能导致的组织目标偏离问题进行了分析,指出了教师管理制度的价值导向和实施工具方面存在的问题。
The Management of faculty performanc is one of the institutional management reforms in China. Its effects needs to be reflected from different perspectives. Based on the data from our two surveies, the paper analyses the deviating problems and points out that there is something wrong with the value orientation and instruments in the manegement of faculty performanc.
