The Theoretical Analysis of Gear Contact Fatigue Strength Analogue Experiment

本文根据“薄弱环节”理论，利用概率统计的方法，分析了在相同材质、相同寿命、相同存活率下硬齿面齿轮接触疲劳强度和滚子接触疲劳强度之间的关系式。

The gear contact fatigue limit is obtained by gear contact fatigue experiment,but it needs more time,matter and money.For this reason people often do analogue experiment by rollers.According to the “weak point”theory,this paper gives a relational expression between the contact fatigue strength of gears and of rollers under the same material,the equal fatigue life and the same reliability.So the ratio between the contact fatigue strengths of gears and of rollers is obtained.
