摘要
红细胞是血液中最主要的有形成分,红细胞膜的粘弹特性在血液流动中起着关键性的作用.对影响红细胞膜粘弹特性的相关因素(如神经氨酸酶、苯肼、胰蛋白酶、pH值、戊二醛和丙溴酸等)及红细胞膜粘弹性的检测方法(如粘度法、光衍射法、微孔滤过法、微吸管法等)的研究作一综述,并指出了对红细胞膜粘弹特性的研究在临床上为改善血流特性和在新药设计方面的借鉴意义.
Erythrocyte is cardinal component in blood, the membrane viscoelastic properties of which plays an important role for the blood streaming movement. This article makes a review on the factors upon the membrane viscoelastic properties of erythrocyte as well as its measuring methods, and indicates the purpose of the researches on the membrane viscoelastic properties of erythrocyte to improve the blood streaming movement properties and new drug designing.
