摘要
通过系统的失效分析,发现16V32G型柴油机门杆的断裂属于腐蚀疲劳应力疲劳混合形式,是气门作排气门用时发生腐蚀疲劳,改作进气门用时则成应力疲劳.疲劳起源于高温燃气对门杆表面选择性的区域腐蚀,由组织的宏观差异造成.其根本原因是回火温度不均匀,使气门杆局部区域回火后的组织不是回火索氏体而是抗腐能力较差的回火屈氏体.
Based on the systematic failure analysis, it was found that the fracture of gas valve barwas due to the combination of corrosion fatigue and stress fatigUe which were induced by themacro differences of texture and the temper temperature non-uniformity.
