带搅拌装置的管式反应器停留时间分布曲线 被引量:14

摘要 设计了一种带有机械搅拌装置的新型管式反应器.用NaCl溶液做示踪剂测定该管式反应器内的停留时间分布(RTD)曲线,并计算了平均停留时间和方差.采用L9(33)正交实验考察了流体在不同搅拌转速、不同流量及不同出口处的平均停留时间和方差.结果表明:该反应器内流体流动状态接近活塞流,平均停留时间随流体流量的增大而减小,随反应器长度的增加而增大,而随转速变化规律性不明显. A new-type tubular reactor with a stirrer is designed composed of several vanes which are perpendicular to each other. The residence time distribution (RTD) curves of tubular reactors were determined using NaCl solution as a tracer. The mean value and square deviation of residence time measured at different outlet with different stirring speeds and flow rates were calculated and analyzed by L9(3^3) orthogonal experiments. The results showed that the flowing state of the fluid in the reactor approaches piston flows, and the mean residence time decreases with increasing flow rate of the fluid and increases with the increasing length of the reactor. But, how the mean residence time changes with the varying stirring speed is not obvious.
