摘要 基于嗜中性细胞流变学的基本液滴模型,同时考虑嗜中性细胞吸吮过程的弹性范围膨胀和非常皮质张力的情形,采用能量最小化原理和无量纲化把临界点定义为稳定性破坏点,把嗜中性细胞的稳定性破坏且开始继续流入微管那一刻的吸压确定为临界吸压,对细胞流入长度、稳定性和吸压临界点进行了详细的理论分析,旨在严格确定细胞流入长度达到稳定状态的临界点特征。 Based on the basic liquid-drop model of neutrophil rheology, considering also the neutrophil elastic area expansivity, especially the observed experimentally non-constant cortical tension during cell flowing into micropipette, we apply the approaches of energy minimization and relative dimensionless quantities to define a critical point as the point of stability breakdown. When the stability of cell is breach, the projection continues to grow, the negative pressure is critical negative pressure. In our paper, we present a theoretical analysis of the equilibrium behavior and stability of a neutrophil during micropipette aspiration, aiming to rigorously characterize the stability of aspiration and determine the critical point of negative pressure, which will provide some advisable suggestions for the analysis of cell mechanics.
