摘要
为提高投篮命中率,就在投篮训练中如何设置瞄准点这一问题进行了研究。通过对投篮技术动作的力学分析,给出篮球投篮时的运动轨迹。由理论计算可知,当篮球沿后沿进入篮圈时,篮圈相对于篮球的投影面积的短直径最大,此时篮球通过篮圈的可能性最大,且目标和球的落点是一致的。据此认为,进行篮球投篮练习时应以篮圈后沿作为瞄准点更为有利。
How to set aiming-point in basketball training is important. This paper depicts the moving orbit of shooting through mechanical analysis about the skill actions of shooting. Through calculating the related data, we know when the basketball enters the back ring, the short diameter of the shadow area is the biggest comparing to the ring , so we have the biggest possibility to have the basketball gone through the ring, and the target and the dropping point of the basketball will be the same. The paper thinks practicing shooting should be focused on the back ring as the aiming point.
