摘要
阐述了动态光散射法测量微小微粒粒径的原理,介绍了动态光散射实验系统的几个主要的组成部分,主要有激光器、光电倍增管、数字相关器.通过对多种纳米、亚微米级单分散颗粒溶液进行测量,分析了影响测量结果的几个重要因素,主要是微粒的分散性、对溶剂的可溶解性、光电倍增管的接收面积,并且给出了相应的改进措施,如溶剂的选取、防尘及温度控制、光阑孔径大小的范围,对正确的得出动态光散射测量结果具有参考价值.
The authors introduce the basic theory of dynamic light scattering (DLS). The basis components of experimental system are introduced, and the major things are the laser, PMT and digital correlation. They measure many particles that ranging between nanometer and micron. The factors are analyzed that influence the results, which are particles' dispersion and solubility, receiving area of PMT. They suppose some ways to obtain better result, and that is worth consulting for getting the correct result.
