摘要
介绍了一种基于ATMEGA8L单片机控制的小型汽油发电机系统的硬件和软件设计,该系统以步进电机为执行器,其最大功率为5 kW.系统首先对发电机的转速信号进行采样,经ATMEGA8L单片机处理后来驱动步进电机,以控制系统油门,从而实现对转速的电子调节控制,最终达到控制输出电压来稳定输出频率的目的.采用PID算法实现系统的控制.试验结果表明,该方法可以在生产中推广应用.
This paper introduces the software and hardware designs of minitype gas dynamotor system based on ATMEGA8L singlechip. Step motor is used as the executing equipment in the system. The maximum power of the dynamotor is 5 kW. First, the speed of the dynamotor is sampled, and then the signal is send to the ATMEGA8L singlechip, so as to drive the step motor, thus to control the accelerograph, and to control the frequency of the 9atput voltage, and the main arithmetic is the PID algorithm. The result shows that this technology can be used and extended in producion.
