摘要
配电网可靠性评估中,元件的可靠性参数如:故障率、故障修复时间等具有明显的非精确性,这种非精确性很适合用模糊数来描述.基于同一论域模糊数间插值运算的思想,分析了论域在模糊数运算间中的变化及求解方法,提出不同论域间模糊数的四则运算算法.将模糊数引入中压配网可靠性评估,根据故障率和故障修复时间的特点建立了模糊可靠性评估模型,并引入去模糊技术,得出中压配电网可靠性的模糊评估算法.将该算法运用到RBTS-Bus2系统及工程算例系统,验证了算法的有效性和实用性.
In reliability evaluation of distribution networks, the component' s reliability parameters such as fault rates and fault repairing time are typical of imprecision, and this kind of imprecision can be reasonably described with fuzzy number. This paper analyzes the range' s changes and solutions in fuzzy operation based on the idea of interpolation of fuzzy numbers so as to conclude the calculation algorithm of fuzzy numbers in different ranges. The paper also introduces fuzzy number into reliability evaluation of the medium voltage distribution network, establishes the fuzzy reliability evaluation models according to the characters of fault rates and fault repairing time, applies the techniques of unscrambling fuzzy numbers, and puts forward the fuzzy reliability evaluation algorithm of the medium voltage distribution network. Applied to RBTS--Bus2 system and some projects, this method is proved to be effective and practical.
