摘要 构建了P ttGA 20ox 1基因的植物表达载体并在烟草植株中进行了表达.结果表明:转化烟草与对照烟草之间以及转化烟草之间的形态特征出现很大差异;所有转P ttGA 20ox 1基因烟草的顶端优势得到明显促进,其生长速度明显高于对照烟草.实验结果为今后利用P ttGA 20ox 1基因促进木本植物的顶端优势奠定了基础. A plant expression vector with of PttGA20ox1 gene was constructed and thus it was made to express itself in transgenic tobacco plants. The results indicated that the transgenic tobacco plants greatly differed in morphology among themseleves and from the control plants ;all the transgenic tobacco plants with PttGA20ox1 gene showed a remarkably enhanced apical dominance and their growing rates were remarkably higher than those of the control tobacco plants. The results of this study have laid the foundation for exploiting PttGA20ox1 gene in improving the apical dominance of woody plants in the future.
