摘要
以甘肃景泰沿黄灌区栽植的枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)为研究对象,研究了盐胁迫下不同树龄枸杞各器官的盐离子分配。结果表明,1~2年生枸杞各器官的K^+分布为幼叶〉成叶〉嫩茎,而3~4年生枸杞为幼果〉嫩茎〉幼叶〉成叶;1~4年生枸杞成叶的Na^+含量分别为1.273%、1.414%、0.689%和0.497%;不同年龄枸杞成叶、幼叶、嫩茎和幼果的Na^+/K^+平均值分别为2.425%、1.397%、0.489%和0.301%;随枸杞年龄的增加,根对土壤中Na^+、K^+的选择吸收比值(SA)逐渐增加。枸杞选择性吸收K^+、拒Na^+的特性和分配较多Na^+、CI^-给耐盐性较强的器官(成叶)是枸杞耐盐的重要原因。
Lyciurn barbarum L. planted in the Yellow River-irrigated area locatea m Jmgtai county of Gansu province was used to study salty ion distributions in different organs of L. barbarurn at different ages. The results showed that K^+ increased in its distribution in the order of young leaves,adult leaves and young shoots in 1-2-year-old L. barDarum and in the order of young fruits ,young sterms,young leaves and adult leaves in 3-4-year-old L. barbarum;the Na^+ contents in the adult leaves of L. barbarurn at the ages of 1-4 years were 1. 273%,1. 414%,0. 689% and 0. 497%,respectively;the average Na^+/K^+ ratios in the adult leaves, young leaves, young stems and young fruits of L. barbarurn at different ages were 2. 425%, 1.397 %, 0.489% and 0. 301%,respectively;with the age of L. barbarum increasing,its roots increasingly took up soil Na^+ and K^+ by selective absorption. The features that L. barbarurn takes up more K^+ than Na^ by selective absorption and allocates more Na^+ and Cl^- to the organs (adult leaves) with higher salt-tolerating capacity are the important reasons why L. barbarurn can tolerate salts.
