个体化控制软件系统在双手微小切口白内障超声乳化术中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨应用个体化控制软件系统(customized control system software,CCS)进行双手微小切口白内障超声乳化吸除术的优越性。方法随机选择104例患者,分为两组,A 组使用常规超声乳化吸除术,B 组应用个体控制软件系统(CCS)行双手微小切口白内障超声乳化吸除术,观察术中平均超声能量、时间,术后视力。结果两组病例中乳化能量及时间差异显著(P<0.05),B 组平均超声能量11.5%,平均超声时间0.68±0.62min,术后1d,1 wk 及1个月时,裸眼视力≥0.5的术眼分别占51.85%、81.48%、90.47%,术后1个月最佳矫正视力≥0.5和0.8者占88.98%和74.07%。结论应用个体化控制软什系统(CCS)进行双手微小切口白内障超声乳化吸除术是安全有效的。 Purpose To evaluate the surgical feasibility and outcome of bimanual microphacoemulsification by use of customized control system software. Methods One hundred and four cases of senile cataract patients were randomly divided in to groups A and B. Regular phacoemulsification were performed in group A and microemulsification by use of customized control system software in group B, the study parameters included phacoemulsification energy, time, intraoperative complications and early postoperative outcome. Results There is statistical difference between two groups for average energy and time of phacoemulsification. The mean phacoemulsification energy was 11.5 % and time was 0.68 ± 0.82 min , visual acuity equal or better 0.5 were 51.85% ,81.48% and 90.74% after surgery one day, one week and one month respective, Eyes with 0.5 and 0.8 corrected visula acuity amount to 88.98% and 74.07% in all treated eyes 1 month postoperation. Conclusion Bimanual microphacoemulsification by use of customized control system software is feasible, safe and effctive.
