角切式破碎机破碎手机边框板刀具磨损性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用表面形貌仪研究了角切式破碎机破碎手机边框板(废印刷电路板)动刀和静刀刃口的磨损情况.结果表明,动刀和静刀受到磨料磨损和冲击剪切破坏,其中动刀磨料磨损程度比静刀大,静刀受冲击剪切破坏比动刀大. Talysurf 5P-120 Surface Measuring System is used to identify the reamer wear, and result shows that both moving reamers and static reamer were damaged by abrasive wear and striking cutting force, and moving reamers were damaged mainly by abrasive wear while static reamer was damaged mainly by striking and cutting force.
