摘要
利用石蜡切片法,对“阿勃”小麦缺体系的花粉母细胞进行细胞融合的观察,试图找到控制细胞融合基因所在的染色体,结果表明:在很多缺体材料,如阿6A、阿1B、阿2B、阿1D、阿4D、阿6D、阿7D中发现了花粉母细胞融合现象。由此推断:细胞融合过程可能是由异源多倍体小麦3组染色体都具有的决定性基因控制,或者是由多基因控制。
To find the chromosome in which there are the genes determining cytomixis,PMCs of "Arbo" Wheat Mullisomic lines were studied studied under the microscope.The result indicated that cytomixis appeared to be a natural phenomenon occurring in almost all mullisomic's PMCs such as A6A,A1B,A2B,A1D,A4D,A6D and A7D.Based on the observations,it may be thought that cytomixis is controlled by poly-gene or key-gene,which exists in all of allopolyploid wheat's three genomes.
