摘要 以米邦塔食用仙人掌为试材,煤灰渣、河沙、饼肥、锯末、芦苇末、谷壳为栽培基质,并以田园土为对照,进行有机生态型无土栽培试验,比较了25种基质配方对其发芽、根系生长情况及掌片生长量的影响。结果表明:芦苇末∶饼肥∶谷壳∶河沙∶煤灰渣(体积比)=4∶2∶4∶5∶5为最佳配比,以此基质栽培的仙人掌产量与用其他基质栽培的差异显著。 The experiment in the edible cactus ‘Milpa Alta' as material and the coal cinder, river-sand, cake fertilizer, sawdust, reed dust and husk as culture stroma was conducted. The organic ecotype and soilless cultivation was conducted. Three medium formulas were tested during the growth of edible cactus ‘Milpa Alta' to compare and analyze their influence.The pastral soil was employed as control. The results showed that the meditm whose volume proportion of reed dust, cake fertilizer, husk, river-sand and coal cinder was 4:2:4:5:5 was the bestone.The output of cactus grown in this stroma appeared significance difference compared to other medium.
