摘要
对经测产试验筛选的12份产量表现优良的野生扁穗牛鞭草种质资源进行抗寒性研究,通过观测其冬季枯黄程度、初春生长速度,及叶片和匍匐茎中的可溶性糖含量,将此12份材料划分为抗寒性强、中、弱3个等级;牛鞭草叶片中可溶性糖含量与冬季枯黄率呈显著相关,且冬季匍匐茎中可溶性糖含量与初春生长速度间呈极显著直线回归关系。
Based on the rate of scorch in winter and the speed of growth in beginning of spring, and the content of soluble sugar in leaves and stems, 12 kinds of wild l imp o grass[ Hemarthria Compressa （L. F. ） R. Br. ] were divided to three sorts for their cold resistance. In addition, the article discovered that the correlative relation between the content of soluble sugar in leaves and the rate of scorch in leaves is distinct, as well as the regressive relation between the content of soluble sugar in sterns and the speed of growth is extremely distinct.
