Comparison and Reference of Foreign Agricultural Scientific Achievements Transform System

通过分析美国、法国、日本等发达国家的农业科技成果转化体系,结合中国当前农业科技成果转化现状,提出现阶段制约我国农业科技成果转化的因素,并通过分析与比较,从教育、政策、服务体系方面对我国农业科技成果转化提出进一步改善的建议。

Through the analysis of agricultural scientific achievements transform system of America, France and Japan, combined with the situation of agricultural seientifie achievements transform in our country, in this paper the factors restricting our country＇s agricultural scientifie achievements transform were discussed. Through the comparison and analysis, we raise some suggestion in education, policy and service system for the improvement of agricultural scientific aehieveraents transform system in our country.
