摘要
以法国红月季为试材,在棚室条件下,采用Li-6400便携式光合作用测定系统,测定其光合速率、光量子通量密度、空气温度、湿度、CO2浓度、蒸腾速率、气孔导度等生理生态指标。结果表明:①法国红月季净光合速率日变化呈单峰曲线,没有“午休”现象,因为试验是在温室里进行的,有遮阳网遮阴,正午时光照也不太强烈;在环境影响因子中,光量子通量密度对其影响最显著。②蒸腾速率日变化呈不明显双峰曲线,影响蒸腾速率的主要因子为温度、光照强度。③气孔导度日变化呈不对称双峰曲线,影响气孔导度的主要因子是温度。
The Li-6400 Portable Photosynthesis System was used to study the net photosynthetic rate, illumination, air temperature, humidity, CO2 eondencity ,transpiration and stomatal conductance of Rose.The results showed as following: ( 1 )the net photosythesis rate of Red France rose demonstrated one peak curve without depression at the noon, That wa because this test was taken in greenhouse, the illumination was decreased by the sunshade net so the illumination at the noon was not very strong, and Red France hadn' t the phenomenon of depression at the noon, In the environmental factors, the illumination was the most remarkable factor. (2)the change of transpiration did not demonstrate two peaks obviously and main factors which affected the transpiration were air temperature and illumination. (3)the change of stomatal conductance demonstrated two peaks unsymmetrically and air temperature affected it remarkably.
