摘要
收集了6个来自不同地方中国历史流行的丝状支原体丝状亚种SC型(Mycoplasma mycoidessubsp.MycoidesSC,MmmSC)毒株与PG1、Y-goat进行分子特征比较。全菌体蛋白电泳与PG1完全相同,而与Y-goat不同;PCR结果显示6个中国分离株与PG1、Y-goat都没有缺失8.84 kb片段;LppB全基因序列比较发现与PG1同源性达99%,而与Y-goat同源性很低;多位点基因序列类型(Multilocus sequence types,MST)分析显示与非洲澳大利亚群完全相同。以上证据显示中国CBPP流行株应归属于非洲澳大利亚群。
Contagious bovine pleuropneumonia (CBPP) is a bacterial disease by Mycoplasma mycoides subsp. Mycoides SC (MmmSC) included in list A of the Office International Epizooties .The comparison of Molecular characteristic between 6 China strains from different area and PG1,Y-goat. SDS-PAGE of cells is as same as PG1, but different from Y-goat. PCR result shows 6 China strains and PG1 and Y-goat are not lack of the 8.84kb genomic segment .The compare with gene of LppB show 99% homology for PG1, but lower homology for Y-goat. MST analysis indicate that it is the same between 6 China strains and African/Australian group. That evidence confirms 6 China strains of CBPP belone to African and Australia cluster.
