原位反应合成AlN-BN复合材料的工艺研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用原位反应真空无压烧结h-BN-Al体系合成AlN-BN复合材料,研究了温度、保温时间、反应原料的配比对反应产物的影响,采用DTA、XRD分析温度对反应生成物相结构影响规律;采用SEM研究烧结试样的微观结构变化。结果表明:随着反应温度升高、保温时间的延长,烧结产物的晶粒不断长大,当n(Al)∶n(BN)=1∶1时,温度为1 000℃、保温时间1.5 h为原位反应法制备AlN-BN复合材料合成最佳工艺条件。 In situ reaction method was undertaken to fabricate AIN-BN com,)sites in this paper. Factors including temperature, heat preservation time, and the ratio of Al to BN were investigated in this system. DTA and XRD were employed to character the phases of production. SEM was conducted to observe the microstructure of the ,samples. The results showed that the grains tended to perfect with the increasing of the sintering temperature and soaking time. Optimum parameters were temperature of 1 000 ℃ and 1.5 h for soaking time.
