摘要
主要研究了氧化锆陶瓷的凝胶浇注成型工艺,以及坯体的微观结构和烧成后陶瓷的力学性能,并讨论获得高性能的原因。结果表明选择适当的原材料,采用适当的成型工艺条件,可制备出加工性能优良的坯体。SEM照片显示其结构分布均匀,气孔率低。烧结后的氧化锆陶瓷密度高达6.08 g/cm3,强度达到1 020 MPa。
The forming processes of gelcasting, the microstructure of green bodies and the properties of zirconia ceramics were studied. The reasons of the high performance were discussed. The results showed that the raw materials and the forming processes were very important to the properties of the green bodies. The SEM pictures of the green bodies showed a uniform microstructure and few pores. The density and the flexural strength of zirconia ceramics were 6.08 g/cm^3 and 1 020 MPa.
