Synthesis,Characterization and Biological Activities of the Schiff Base of Thonophosphoryl-dihydrazine with Salicylaldehyde and Its Metal Complexes

摘要 合成了O-乙基硫代磷酰二肼的双水杨醛席夫碱(H2L)及以它为配体分别与Ni(Ⅱ)、Cu(Ⅱ)、Zn(Ⅱ)离子形成的配合物,所合成的席夫碱配体及配合物均为未见文献报道的新化合物。用元素分析、摩尔电导、UVI、R等手段对所有的新化合物进行了表征,对席夫碱配体还进行了MS和1H NMR等结构表征。测定了化合物对水稻幼苗细胞相对存活率及其过氧化物酶POD活力的影响,结果表明,这些化合物对水稻幼苗细胞有一定的激活作用。 The Schiff base of O-ethyhhonophc,sphoryl-dihydrazine with salicylaldehyde and its Ni( Ⅱ ), Cu( Ⅱ ), Zn(Ⅱ) complexes was synthesized. All the compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, UV/vis, and molar eletroconductivity measurement. And the Schiff base ligand was characterized by ^1 H NMR and MS. The influences on cell survival rate and the activity of POD in rice sprouts of the compounds were determined, and the result showed that all the compounds can activate rice sprouts cell to some extent.
