摘要
在高层商住楼中的应用日益增多,为了解大底盘多塔楼结构的抗震性能,研究结构抗震概念,结合实际工程,采用SATWE软件进行弹性动力时程分析,研究了落地剪力墙厚度及转换层设置高度对大底盘双塔楼结构自振特性、侧移、楼层地震作用及地震剪力的影响。结果表明,落地剪力墙厚度对结构刚度贡献有限;转换层位置越高,结构抗震性能越差。
The structure with twin-tower and large chassis has been applied to the high-rise apartment building widely. To investigate its seismic behaviors and concepts of .seismic design, a practical structure constructed in Chengdu city was analyzed by use of software SATWE. The effect of the thickness of shear-wall in the chassis and the level of the transfer stories on dynamic characteristic, lateral displacement, seismic reaction and shearing force of stories in the buildings were studied. The results showed that the contribution to the stiffness by the thickness of shear-wall in the chassis was finite, and the higher the level of the transfer stories, the weaker the seismic behavior was.
