摘要
目的 探讨脑星形细胞瘤动态CT指标与增殖细胞核抗原(proliferating cell nuclear antigen,PCNA)的关系。方法 搜集动态CT扫描资料完整、手术病理证实的脑星形细胞瘤38例,并根据动态CT扫描的时间-密度曲线分析瘤组织的TBRP、TBRL、S(曲线升段斜率)、AR(动态曲线下面积)。同时采用免疫组化技术对瘤细胞的PCNA进行染色,分析PCNA的表达程度,并将其与时间-密度曲线分析结果相对照。结果 星形细胞瘤的PCNA表达与其病理级别、临床预后密切相关。Ⅲ一Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤与Ⅰ、Ⅱ级之间,TBRP、TBRL、S、AR相差显著(P〈0.05)。TBRP、TBRL、S、AR均与PCNA表达呈正相关(P〈0.05)。结论 星形细胞瘤动态CT扫描强化的幅度及模式与PCNA表达密切相关。

To explore the correlation of dynamic CT indices with proliferating cell nuclear anMethods Thirty-eight cases of astrocytoma proven by operation and pathology were reviewed. Based on time-density curve, the dynamic CT indices, such as TBRp, TBRL, S (ascending slope of time-density curve), AR (area under the time-density curve) were calculated. PCNA on the tumor specimens was stained with immunohistochemical method. PCNA index was measured and compared with dynamic CT indices. Results PCNA expression in astrocytoma was well correlated with the pathological grade and clinical prognosis. There was significant statistical difference in TBRP, TBRL, S, AR between grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ and grade Ⅰ -Ⅱ (P 〈0.05). Besides, TBRP,, TBRL, S, AR had positive correlation with PCNA index. Conclusion The extent and pattern of enhancement in astrocytoma on dynamic CT scan have a close relation with PCNA expression.
