胃肠道起搏细胞ICCs在豚鼠泌尿道分布研究

Distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal-the pacemaker cells of the gut in the guinea pig urinary tract

目的研究胃肠道起搏细胞-Cajal间质细胞(interstitialcellsofCajal,ICCs)在豚鼠泌尿道的分布情况。方法取8只豚鼠肾盂、输尿管、膀胱和尿道组织,经铺片处理后,行ICCs特异性标志物KIT免疫细胞化学染色。结果KIT染色阳性,形态与胃肠道起搏细胞ICCs相似的细胞(ICCs样细胞)存在于豚鼠全泌尿道的黏膜下层和肌层。结论在豚鼠全泌尿道存在有ICCs样细胞分布,豚鼠可作为研究人泌尿道ICCs样细胞功能的理想动物模型。

Objective To investigate the distribution of interstitial cells of Cajal （ICCs）--the pacemaker cells of the gut in the guinea pig urinary tract. Methods The ureteral, vesical, and urethral tissues harvested from 8 guinea pigs were performed KIT immunocytochemical staining in stretched preparations. Results Cells with positive staining by KIT and with similar morphology to ICCs were found in the submucosal and muscular layers of the entire urinary tract of guinea pigs. Conclusion ICCs-like cells exist in the entire guinea pig urinary tract. The guinea pig is a good animal model for further research on the function of ICC-like cells in the human urinary tract.
