摘要
成熟哺乳动物的某些脑区存在神经干细胞/前体细胞,可在适当的条件下被诱导分化为新生的神经元。本文主要综述黑质部位多巴胺能神经元的再生以及调节再生的因素。尽管对黑质神经元再生的了解还处于初步阶段,但是开展这方面的研究有助于促进和拓展人们对帕金森病的发病机制和诊治基础的认识。
In adult brain, some restricted regions still have neural stem cells/progenitor cells, which can be stimulated and differentiated into new neurons or glial cells for life time. Although knowledge of neurogenesis in substantia nigra has just begun to accumulate, such studies can help to improve and widen our understanding of the pathogenesis and foundation of diagnosis and treatment of Parkinson's disease. Here, we summarize current conclusions and give our understanding of the mechanism and possible future appliance of neurogenesis in substantia nigra.
