Magnetic Properties of Nanocrystal Nd_(4.5-x)Tb_xFe_(75.5)B_(20)(x=0;1)

摘要 利用熔体快淬和晶化热处理法制备了成分为N d4.5-xT bxF e75.5B20(x=0;1)的纳米晶复合永磁合金,采用x射线衍射及V SM分析研究了材料的显微结构与磁性.结果显示,退火工艺对两种合金磁性能的影响显著,且原子分数为1%的稀土元素T b掺杂明显提高了材料的磁性. Permanent magnetic alloys of nanocomposite Nd4.5-xTbxFe75.5B20(x=0;1) were prepared by rapid quenching and annealing treatment. The microstructures and magnetic properties of the samples were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results show that the annealing process affects obviously the magnetic properties of two kind of samples, and adding 1at% Tb element improves notably magnetic properties.
