摘要
分析了ERP软件选型的过程,重点讨论了最佳方案的选择.理论构建了包括ERP软件质量、ERP供应商情况、企业自身情况、成本效益四大类指标的ERP软件选型评价指标体系,并以实例进行了说明.
The process of ERP selection is analyzed,and the key step of selecting the optimum project is discussed. A new ERP software selection index system based on the theory review is put forward. It consists of four components, ERP software qualities, things about software supplier, things about enterprise-self ,cost and benefit. The use of this index system is illustrate by introducing an example.
